If you're looking at this right now, though, you're probably interested in a Static guild in World of Warcraft on the US Blackhand server. If you're looking to join Static Alliance, please go to http://www.staticwow.com instead. If you're looking for a home Horde side . . . Static Horde is effectively dead. I suggest you seek another quality horde guild on Blackhand, such as Aftermath, Panic, Skull Squadron, or Twilight's Call.
